I am feeling so good with my new exercise routine! Starting out at three miles a day and hopefully increasing that as my muscles build up some. Not terribly concerned about my actual weight but looking and feeling better will be so great!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
