started keto officially on the 1st I went up to 238 during quarantine and the keto has helped me drop back down. I feel energized and focused 😌 this is the easiest "diet " I've ever done and I'm actually seeing results already. month 1 of a possible 12
230.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 June 2020:
1465 kcal Fat: 113.80g | Prot: 81.93g | Carb: 11.41g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Powder Coffee Creamer, Butter (Salted), Now Foods MCT Oil, Coffee, Publix Top Round London Broil. Lunch: Michelob Ultra Light Beer, Now Foods MCT Oil,  Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner: Cucumber, Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese,  Ranch Salad Dressing , Smithfield Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon, Baby Spinach, Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other:  Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Babybel Mini Original Cheese. more...

keto is great been doing it for 2 months already los 25lbs. if you combine it with intermittent fasting 16/8 you get even quicker results.

I've actually been using that combo and its amazing and drinking a gallon of water a day and infusing all my water with apple cider vinegar and lemon.
