My only cheats have been a glass of pinot noir a couple times. Other than that I have been completely faithful to plan. My allergies are a lot better but I still have mild to moderate back pain. Energy levels are good when I sleep well, which I do most nights.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
