I admit that it is discouraging that logging my food diligently since January... I have gained four pounds. And yet most days are below RDI and 20g of carbs. Makes me crazy.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know where your RDI is at...but try taking your goal weight and multiply it by 10. Use that as your new RDI and see what happens. Also increase your water intake. Seemed to work to kick start my loss. Good Luck!

RDI's are just guidelines. It doesn't take in to account the food you are eating, your metabolism, etc. You have to play around with calories to see what works for you. Make sure your recording food honestly. All those bites, licks and tastes add up.
