I'm too fat, so I'm beginning Protasov's diet again.
19 Oct - 1 Nov: raw vegetables, milk. yogurt, cottage cheese, green apples, 1 egg per day
2 Nov - 22 Nov: same plus some meat and fish.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
