OK - I think I've tried it all, so why not another one.
Going to start somewhat today, although I already had plans to get my iced vanilla latte from starbucks...hmmm?

My real plan is to surf the site for ideas, diets, suggestions, etc. so far I like this one. I really want to start on Monday, the 30th, and go from there. If I can lose 7-10 by May 18th...i will be happy. Its alot of weight in a short time, but hence the name of the diet, hey Im only hoping.

I have seen some great results on this site with the Fat Flush plan. I would say that the FF plan would be your best bet with the numbers that you are looking to lose in a three week period. Phase 1 is a great detox phase that really helps you to get rid of the extra bloating and starts on losing inches within weeks on the plan. I have also heard about people doing the Fast Track Detox diet which works with the Fat Flush plan. You can go to www.fatflush.com and look at more details... it states that you can lose up to 13lbs in two weeks. Worth looking at ;-) Good Luck!

this is the best diet you can on and very healthy too. try it you will love it. Welcome keep us posted and happy flushing

Ditto! If you're "thinking" about it this week, start by not eating anything white....bread, rice, etc. Unlimited amount of anything green. Instead of the latte, you could have a protein shake, add decaf instant coffee. On FF, you make choices and they work! I haven't felt "deprived" or "on a diet" at all! Good luck!
