6 days since last weigh in not including today which I didnt finish eating yet. Had about 12,000 calories in 6 days so equated to roughly 2020 calories per day which isnt enough because I lost 0.2lbs in one week so I probably need to average 2850+ per day for the course of a week still need to eat more!!!!!!!!!!!
147.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
