26.1% bf

Slowly but surely, I'll eventually get there. This is a lesson is patience for sure!

Worked out a good bit last week, I think I got in 3 good runs and a long walk too.

I'm working on adding the strength videos from P90X this week finally! No more excuses! It'll be round 2, so I'm looking forward to it.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
