If you're having a weird craving, maybe try brushing your teeth instead. Or keeping a cup of water with a straw handing. Instead of being addicted to a food craving (Mainly you crave things your body thinks it's lacking when you suddenly give it up..like carbs) you will learn to become addicted to something else that's healthier for you. So you'll start getting a "craving" to brush your teeth instead of a craving for licorice whips. Retrain your brain.
