Cravings for the strangest things lately.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week

Do we need to call "My Strange Addictions?" Hopefully you're not craving couch cushions or dish soap lol.

Dish soap might just end up on that craving "to-do list" the way things are going now. :-) But i will try my best to fight it off.

If you're having a weird craving, maybe try brushing your teeth instead. Or keeping a cup of water with a straw handing. Instead of being addicted to a food craving (Mainly you crave things your body thinks it's lacking when you suddenly give it up..like carbs) you will learn to become addicted to something else that's healthier for you. So you'll start getting a "craving" to brush your teeth instead of a craving for licorice whips. Retrain your brain.
