I'm a small town girl from Wisconsin. Farm country. I'm an artist. The loves of my life are my ship builder fiance, my family and friends, my dog, my cat, art, and mother nature. I prefer to be barefoot, and I'm a lover of all things vintage, green, and with purpose. I have big goals, even bigger dreams. I love to live, and I live to love.

I'm getting married on November 09, 2013. A little less than 6 months, and my dress ALMOST fits me..but not quite. There's about 2 inches on the zipper that just doesn't want to go.

I've always been pretty healthy, and I've never really had to diet, but I guess it gets a little harder as you get older. I'm pretty sure I gained the weight after I got engaged, because it didn't matter what anyone else though after that.

Now wedding day is creeping up. I don't have much to lose, and I don't want to crash diet to lose it. I want to make a life change..period.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I find it harder to sleep at night if I work out at night. When I'm done working out I feel even more energized before I started, then I can't sleep at all. So I work out in the morning, sleep better at night, and feel more energized during the day.
