HELP!!! Doing really bad, trying to fit in exercise where ever I can but super hard whe your toating a 2 year old and running to soccer for the 10 year old...wait that counts right? But all the fast food isn't helping I'm sure, truly conveinence food...
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

There are healthier options for convenience food - try grabbing a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. Sometimes, if I'm WAY hungry when I'm out & about, I'll go to the grocery store to buy 1 apple, and maybe some chopped veggies from the salad bar.
