Had a good day yesterday. Walked 2.1 miles at the park. And even jogged a little bit. I couldn't do it for very long, but I did jogg 3 different times ^.^ I was really proud of myself for it. And I really think I need to get a jogging stroller for the baby. lol. The regular one I have just won't do for jogging. haha. Back up 1/2 a pound on the scale today. I'm not going to let it bother me though. We have a good day planned. Driving to the neighboring city, going flea market shopping, lunch at applebee's, then back home again. I think we're going to have leftovers for dinner and maybe a salad or corn on the cob with it.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so happy for you for walking and jogging. Feels good to get out to breath in the fresh air and move. Don't get down on yourself Girl! Good grief 1/2 a pound is a glass of water! You're line has been making a steady decent. You have lost 10 pounds in a month!!! That's incredible!! ((( Maybe you should weigh in a little less?? Weekly maybe? I don't know.))) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! :o)
