Gone overboard, in the eating department today. I really need to be wary when I am tired as mindless eating is very easy to slip into as I found out on this day. Ouchy! TOWANDA!!!

Lisa, I know exactly what you mean. I have to really watch myself, especially if I am bored or tired. It stinks, but it is what it is. Maybe I just need to put a time lock on the fridge and the pantry! lol
