cruise weight gain is officially off!! now on to working off the remaining 13 lbs!!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1784 kcal Fat: 55.45g | Prot: 53.98g | Carb: 290.49g.   Breakfast: Gummi bears, Light English Muffins, Strawberry Jelly, Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: Chili (Small). Dinner: Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Frosting), Cream Cheese Fruit Dip, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Swedish Meatballs with Cream or White Sauce (Mixture), Strawberries, Pineapple, Baby Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other: Kid's Vanilla Milkshake, Creamy Peanut Butter, light whipped cream, suagr free jello . more...
