Up 2 pounds today. I'm not sure what's going on with my body or scale. lol. Gained some muscle maybe? I hope it starts showing some change again soon. It's like I lose 4 lbs, then stall for several days, then suddenly drop a few more pounds. That or I start losing 1/2 a pound every 1-2 days. :/ Just not sure what to make of it. XD

I walked 3 miles yesterday at the Park. :D Feeling very proud of myself for it too. I can't even remember ever walking that much at one time. Jules napped for about 1/2 of time. It was warm, but not to bad, there were some occasional breezes to help cool you down. And it was just really pretty out there. ^.^

Didn't get a salad in yesterday. Was going to have one for dinner, but after tuna i was just too full. O.O Going to make a point of having it for Lunch today though, no ifs ands or buts. I'm also considering walking to the smaller park near my house and letting Jules play before walking us back to the house. Just need to figure out how far a walk it is. :P
290.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awwww.... no worries Toots. Gaining a couple pounds can be any number things from retaining water to hormones to constipation. Don't beat yourself up. You've had a very steady decent in your weight so you're doing something right!! :o)

Thanks! :D It's jut a bit irksome. lol. I know it'll start showing a difference soon enough, but I'm not always the most patient person. Hopefully Shopping, walking at the park, and the housework I need to get done today will help to show a difference in the next few days. :)
