Discovered that it might take a couple WEEKS to get rid of retained water weight (if that's what this weight is). Dammit! Also I'll have my period for 2 weeks because i messed up my birth control (maybe that is also adding to this).
128.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
