Breathe, take up aerobic exercise and get out in nature more often. Don't let your body prematurely burn out. Find your power, it starts with you, develop more happiness and peace in your life. Create peace and joy in our world, and believe. Our purpose first and foremost is to express our soul's light into the world and express ourselves with love and kindess. TOWANDA!!!!
