I weighed in this morning. A day early and didn't like what I saw. 8st 10lbs. I did drink at the weekend and I am not sure what I ate, but I know it wasn't as much as I had a couple of weeks ago. I am hoping I have just retained water. Urgh!! I really want to maintain my weight at 8st 8lbs or lower. I am finding it increasingly hard. How do i keep the weight going down? Do I need to eat more or less. I still cannot exercise as I would like to. Feeling fed up today and tired...I am teaching Body Combat shortly. From a chair still. Lets hope I get some energy from somewhere. Just had two oatcakes with a banana. They were lush!! Looked back over the last couple of days. it's no wonder I have gained a couple of lbs after what I put away over Friday and Saturday. I reckon it must be drinking that is making me heavier. I will try to do a turbo session tomorrow morning or tonight when I get back from Spiceball.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
