Walking more. Just trying to hold steady especially over the weekend. Avoiding church food functions. This is my Happy Mother's Day. Honoring myself enough to practice good health practices.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
