I HAVE NOT DONE ANY ZUMBA THIS WEEK BECAUSE I'M TAKING CARE OF MY 2 GRANDS CHILDS. ONE IS 1YR 1/2 AND THE OTHER IS 5. I'VE BEEN BUSSY PUT I COULD'NT DO GOOD THIS WEEK. MY REASON FOR GAINING 0.4 PDS THIS WEEK.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
