I am now through the 1st week of my weight loss journey. I have lost 5.1kgs, though the last two days I did not lose anything even if I have followed my plans to a T. I even took an hour long walk yesterday.

I guess the FAST weight loss of the first days is "settling in". I hope I am not plateuing.

I will keep doing this, business as usual. If the weather permits it, I would like to walk again this afternoon afternoon. I hope I have the energy.
329.8 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 142.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
