im so excited to have healthy food in the house. I feel set for success. my sugar cravings are disapearing, and I look forward to gettin my daily cardio. I have neen taking my meds like I shoul. even my ritalin. I started taking my celexa again last night so im hoping it helps me not be so grumpy.
I want to work on doing a bit more strength training with my cardio and stretching.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
