I had a good week, I ate about 3000 Cal a day and went to TKD three times. My most difficult days were Thursday working from home, to easy to snack all day, and Friday because I at out at lunch and it was buffet.
364.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
