Trying to curb the nighttime chocolate/nut habit with sugar free alternative choices’. ... in isolation... last night we had a small diet decaffeinated float made with cream instead of ice cream. Try it sometime. It is very keto and surprisingly delicious. Using my mountain bike for wheels yesterday. To and from work.
150.9 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week

You can whip the cream and freeze it...Yummy.

Sounds very good!!! my suggestion, cheese and gravy dumped on top of veggies is very quickly becoming my favourite. I also do pepper nachos 😁
