Really having a hard time keeping up with tracking my food intake :( I've got to get more deligent about it again. Darn this cold weather, it makes me wanna eat crap!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
