I have been gearing myself up and now i'm ready to get fit! I plan on taking babysteps toward a healthier lifestyle. Since i have been diagnosed with Anklyosing Spondylitis, I have learned that exercise is a huge part of keeping this disease in check. I have to commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day. Stretching routines are critical to keep my joints and muscles loose and to reduce pain.I have been trying to start tracking my calories again. Cut down to one or two cups of coffee a day, trying to eat real fruit every day. Taking my meds And drinking lots of water.i feel confident that I will be able to get my weight down and increase my endurance and flexability.
