Still a happy 8st 9lbs. Surprising as at the weekend I drank a bottle of red wine, some port, rum and cokes, mojito and a shot. Three course meal, cheese and the list goes on!! Going to see my nutritionist at 4pm. To get weighed in and measured. really pleased that I am controlling my food. I am tired, but that is to be expected. Saw Physio yesterday. I can now swim (only two lengths with my legs) then I must rest until it feel comfortable. I can cycle on my turbo too, but with hardly any resistance and increase as it feels more comtill on comfortable. Working from home for another three weeks. My ankle is still very swollen so I am on crutches still. But making progress.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
