1556 kcal Fat: 54.01g | Prot: 91.82g | Carb: 178.76g.   Breakfast: Lotus Biscoff Biscuit Spread, Asda Semi-Skimmed Milk, Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl. Lunch:  Gala Apples, Lindahls Kvarg Vanilla, Asda Mini Meringue Shells, Bramwells Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Sainsbury's Crab Sticks. Dinner: Aldi Creamy Coleslaw,  Cheese and onion quiche, Bramwells Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise,  Egg,  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) ,  House Salad. Snacks/Other: Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts, Cadbury Fudge (25.5g). more...

Thank you bubblegum. I've actually lost 5lb, as I only log my weight once a week on a Monday. On Tuesday it had gone up by another 3lb!! Didn't log it though, so I'm pretty pleased.
