I am still sad.

On Thursday evening I found out that a good friend of mine had suddenly died. I managed to book a day of from work to go to his funeral on friday.

He was too young to go. Only 45.

It is so right what is said: 1st you meet up at weddings, then christenings, then funerals.

I met a lot of people I hadn't seen in years :(

145.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb. Still to go: 8.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Its a poem that we read at my fathers funeral. He always wanted us to be happy and so was very apt. Nobody really leaves if someone remembers them. Keep smiling :)
