Been eating out a lot and not caring. Lots of stress, not a lot of time to do anything about it. And when I eat - I eat a lot. Just realized that I get cravings for lots of carbs: pasta, rice, bread... I don't think I ate a single veggie for about 3 days before my insides actually cried out for veggies (or mercy. whichever).
Right. Supposedly, back on track...
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
