That's 10 pounds over where I would like to be, I really need to focus on what I'm eating. And stop eating so much junk food.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 132.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
