I have gone of the tracking for a week. I have maintain pretty good, but I did not lose any since I weighed in last. My goal is to do 2000 cals, 75 grams of fat, 2500 grams of sodium. I was under the cal mark yesterday and did a lot of physical housework which I counted toward the cals and I was even with the intake plus some extra burnt cals.

Better report next week, because I know I will be under that 240 mark. I do not want to see a 4 as the second number anymore.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
