ok so turns out vertigo makes it really hard to work out because of the whole motion thing. But i'm back and i'm ready for action starting TODAY i'm back on the wagon for real
174.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
