Scale actually showed under 180 yesterday morning, but I take fluctuations into account. It is nice seeing things headed back in the right direction, and the "new" clothes are feeling good again! No fast food for going on three weeks, Almost no diet soda, and exercising very consistently.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
