Zero pounds? OK I'm not sure what else this diet wants from me:

I've tried 5+1 and 4+2
I'm getting my healthy fats
I'm taking my digestive health packets
I meticulously weigh all my food in my lean & green
I've completely given up not just the unhealthy but also the healthy food that I love such as Milk & Yogurt, Fruit and grains.

Even with delicious cookies in the house for the past week, delicious snacks being handed out at work and I don't cheat even a little.

Besides the first week my results have been pathetic, I can do this good or better eating much more of much better tasting, less expensive food.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
