i really think the upswing is either water or lean muscle ...i dont really think its anything else as the jeans are still fittin lose..

Your general trend is downward Mike...Keep at it and you'll see it swing the other way...I can change my weight in a day by 4 pounds easily...especially if I don't get my water in...I tend to retain fluids if I'm not ingesting enough water to flush toxins out...Have a good one Mike...and GREAT job on getting in a 4 mile walk!! I'm walking daily but NOT 4 miles worth...! hugggs
