Hello, it's almost over. I still need to lose the last 5 lbs but it seems that I'm stuck there. So more walking, yoga and exercise! Here I go!!!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
