I am happy with my weight, but I have put cms on. On the plus side my body fat has reduced. It was 24.6 to 21.1. I need to know how to keep my body fat % low. I seem to retain fat when I am at my fittest. This is down to nutrition. I have been advised to consume no less than a 1000 calories a day. I am finding this difficult as I really don't want to gain weight. I am happy with my size, I just want to tone up now.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
