My diet and exercise has been going well ! I’m in week 2 of my lifestyle change aka “quarantine” The pounds shedded off the first week, this weight my weight has been fluctuating within 1-2 pounds. I definitely feel different and noticing changes in my body - I can’t fall victim to the scale. I’m in this all the way!
