I squeaked down to 140- 140.8 to be exact. My exercise has been great, now I do need to keep counting points to break that hard 140 barrier!!
140.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
