I actually started Feb 2011 @ 362lbs. I did the Weight Watchers program with the meetings for 6 months. I do not attend the meetings any more...but I follow the basic principals of the WW program.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
