Had my first work out with my trainer Hannah. I thought we would do a more cardio inspired workout (knee-lifts, kettlebell, planking,etc) but instead we did weight training and worked the hell out of my legs until they were jelly. Hopefully, I will be able to walk around enough today to not be hobbling around tomorrow. Fingers-crossed!
