Ive lost all the weight Ive gained on Load days and I am .6 below LIW at the en of R1.. seem to be going well I know Im detoxing .. been having some slight headaches.. today is day 5... think I need some smooth move tea.. feeling a bit plugged too LOL.. 140s here I come!
157.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You go girl!! Grat job!! You're dong the shots right? How much of a dosage are using? I will be adjusting my dosage on the next round.

I know Dr.S says 125 and KT says 175 but I know some do 250 .. but I find I do well at 200... Ive tried different amounts on my first round and I felt good at 200 .. no hunger.. good energy.. seems to work for me .. whats the amount you use?? Katt~
