Woohoo over a 3 pound loss! So excited!!

This week I vow to amp up my exercise, track everything, follow paleo and indulge in one cheat meal for my sanity haha

212.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
