Getting back to jogging and back to the swing of things. I have an interview tomorrow for career change job as EMT which would be much more active than my current desk job.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good getting back to excercising, makes you feel better.. That will be wonderful to be a EMT. they are very important! I am thankful for what they do.
