weigh-in Tuesday produced a drop of 1 lbs this morning. Not a bad start after only 3 days. Gotta push myself everyday. Had a 447 calorie breakfast, thanks to the 20oz cup of coffee that I had to have this morning. Stayed up until 12:40 watching the NBA game last night!
324.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
