With my diet being the way it is. I think I may have hit maintenance phase now. I just cannot go beyond 127 lbs. I love my Diet and I love the fact that I am consuming average 1000 Calories per day with lots of water, green tea and my supplements, which I must say are no longer Herbalife. I still drink my herbalife tea & shakes, but for supplements I now take the Country Life line of male products. 1) Superior Multiple (Maxi-Sorb) 2) Resveratrol 3) Daily FiberX 4) Cayenne Extra Hot 5) Prosta Max 6) Ultra Concentrated Omega 3 I must admit I feel greeaaat. Never felt better in my life. My metabolism is firing faster than ever. I get BMs up to 3 times a day 2BMs are always guaranteed. I think I am at my best shape ever. Thanks FS for your help.
