I was disappointed when I stepped on the scale this morning. I have been working harder at burning calories and it just doesn't seem to drop nearly as drastic as I would like. Oh well, I well keep at it and see how it goes. This is more than just for me.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You may not be eating enough, try to eat between 1600 - 1700 calories and you may notice a bigger drop. Also change your exercise up, doing the same thing every day may make your body get used to the exercise and you won't lose.
