Today I am at 192lbs. from my staring weight which was 198lbs.I feel very good :) My energy is up, my clothes are starting to fit better and i just overall feel better about myself. I know 6lbs isn't much, but its a start to what is going to be a much bigger goal and lifestyle change :) 6 down 27 to go!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1291 kcal Fat: 37.86g | Prot: 85.93g | Carb: 153.69g.   Breakfast: International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Bolthouse Farms Peach Parfait Breakfast Smoothie. Lunch: Peloponnese Tahini, Skinless Chicken Breast, Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing, Feta Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Marketside Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Cooked Kale (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), crustless spinach, onion and feta quiche. Snacks/Other: Dried Pineapple Fruit, 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Grapes (American Type, Slip Skin). more...
