Plan for the week. Have a stronger resolve for closing my eating window at 9:00. Having tea (decaffeinated) right after dinner.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Sounds like you have a plan in place for yourself! Tea may help the wine/soda and popcorn desires. Enjoy!
